The Tip Shop

I have always loved school lockers. They are the quintessential piece of every American high school movie from my childhood. But whenever I found one I could never share the excitement because people couldn’t see what I was seeing beyond the rust, peeling paint and dents.

The Tip Shop was a project dedicated to sharing my passion for the things I found in scrap yards, junk yards and the great Victorian tip shops.

This series of lockers were salvaged, banged back into shape and cut to fit the design before being painted and dressed with Australian hard woods.
